Your satisfaction with Obagi® products is very important to us and we strive to provide you with only the best product and purchase experience.  You should note that this Return Policy applies only if you have purchased your product from this website (the “Site”). If you have purchased a product from a physician, you should check with the physician about their return policy, which will apply to your purchase. 

If you are dissatisfied with any purchase you have made through this Site, you have the option of returning any unopened product for a refund by contacting Obagi Cosmeceuticals LLC (“Obagi”) within 30 days of the shipment date on the invoice and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will be responsible for shipping costs and a re-stocking fee at a cost of 10% of the purchase price of the product being returned, up to a maximum re-stocking fee of $20.

To ensure a timely refund, please return the item(s) immediately by simply following the steps below. 

  1. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-996-6224 or via email at customerservice@obagi.com within 30 days of your original shipment date to obtain a Return Request Form.
  2. Please complete the Return Request Form and email it back to Obagi’s Customer Service. If the product is eligible for return you will receive via email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A return will not be accepted without a RMA.
  3. Within 7 days of obtaining the RMA please return the following to the address below:
  • The unopened product in its original packaging
  • Return Merchandize Authorization noted above

In order to expedite your return, we recommend using the shipping label received from Obagi Customer Service

  1. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via UPS or registered mail. We will not be liable for packages lost during shipping. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for return of your product(s).
  2. We will process your refund, less the applicable re-stocking fee, by issuing a credit to the original credit card you used for your purchase within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
